Pedro Duarte Bento
PhD Architect—Researcher

 

 
Licensed architect. Holds a PhD in Architecture from FAUL-Lisbon in the field of Theory and Practice of Project; and a specialization in large-format photography from ICP-NY. Spent over a decade working in industry-leading architectural offices in New York City and Barcelona. 

 

Founder and Coordinator at Centro de Estudos Casa da Periferia, a research project dedicated to the single-family peripheral dwellings in southwestern European space. Contributes regularly to international conferences and publications.
